Sunday Workouts During The Fall Football Season

Sunday Workout with Coach Lamar Holt

Your basketball training coach, any level, any grade

Sunday Workout is a full set of skills and drills training designed for your student athlete to improve his/her skills and stay in basketball shape during footballl season. Whether you are playing football, putting in next level work or getting started in basketball, Warriors Elite Sports makes sure your child will  benefit from our Sunday Workouts.

Inspired by NBA and NCAA coaches and shaped by AAU Coach Lamar Holt, more than 20 drills built on the fundamentals of basketball and coaching to make sure your student athlete is learning how to play with the proper technique provides your child the proper environment to maximize their potential. Then scrimmage with your grade level in a full court game of "skins and shirts".

New for the fall football season, WES is giving you and inside look at Sunday workouts for just $25 per session or 4 sessions for $80. Your child will be exposed to players that have been in the RYTES Warriors program for years as well as talent from other youth programs in the Greater Houston area.

See grade sessions below:

Sessions:

1-2:30pm, 3rd and 4th grade

2:30 -4pm, 5th and 6th grade

4-5:30pm, 7th and 8th grade

5:30-7pm, High School


Bottled water and snacks will be provided for athletes involved in workout session.
