Intimidation Is The Word As The Pearland Classic Begins

Just as it was the buzzword at the Spring Bling, so has it become the byproduct of the pearland Classic.

"Intimidation" is the word.

It bespeaks of 6-foot 12 year olds staking out their space underneath the basket, of 11U players tenacious defenses pressing and trapping, of rim shaking, fan-rousing slam dunks of the high school boys.

Intimidation is a fact of life in AAU basketball.

In the first game, Coach Anthony's new crew will face Team Sneed this Friday at 8pm.

Coach OC and his 5th grade Warriors will bring that tough middle and aggressive perimeter defense to the court against D-Gibs - Titus at 7pm tonight.

The game of the night might just be Coach Shaun's 2Fast and 2Intense team squaring off against the Texas Cowboys Select that features two former "bigs" RYTES Warriors. The perimeter shooting between these two teams and physical paint play will make this one worth watching. This tips off at 8pm tonight.

And our high school boys will square off with Team Franchize at 7:10pm.Overall, these boys worked hard this week and these games will be decided by those who controlt he tempo of the games.

All of our Warrior teams have very solid back courts.
